FORGE

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Forge, an AI-powered automation platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Forge lets you describe automations in plain language; an AI builds, tests, runs and maintains them as code on our infrastructure, connected to third-party services you authorise. AI output can be wrong: you are responsible for reviewing what your tools do — especially tools that send messages, move money, or modify data — before activating them and as they run.

2. Credits & payments

  • Forge itself is free, with no subscription and no license fee. Usage is metered and billed from a prepaid credit balance across three meters: AI model usage (provider price plus a 10% platform margin), compute time (per CPU-hour, beyond a daily free allowance) and storage (per GB-month, beyond a free allowance). Current rates and your free allowances are always shown in your account; itemised usage is available account-wide and per tool.
  • If your balance reaches zero, new runs and AI usage pause until you top up; your tools, data and configuration are unaffected. We may adjust meter rates with at least 30 days' notice.
  • Credits are non-transferable and never expire. Sign-up credit has no cash value; purchased credit is refundable within 14 days to the extent unused, where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forge to:

  • break the law, or violate the terms of the services you connect;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
  • probe, overload or disrupt the platform or other tenants;
  • resell the service or share one account across an organisation without our agreement.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

4. Your content

You own your tools, their code and your data. You grant us the rights needed to store and execute them to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts and process the data your tools handle.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Scheduled automations may occasionally run late or be missed. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give users at least 90 days' notice and a means to export their tools' code and data.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions your automations take with third-party services; our total liability is capped at the greater of £100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Termination

You can stop using Forge and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your automations stop running and data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact: ben@unicorp.ltd.
